Bug report: Cannot remove auto-added instruments from the backline

I'm experiencing an issue with removing items from the backline. When I add a guitar player, an SG guitar and a guitar stand are automatically added to the backline notes. However, when I open the edit section for the backline, there is no option or button available to remove the SG guitar.
