Welcome to StageDiver.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the StageDiver platform, including the website, applications, and related services (the “Service”).

1. Description of the Service
StageDiver is a web platform that allows users to create, manage, and share stage plots, technical riders, input lists, and related production information.
The Service is continuously evolving, and features may be added, modified, or removed at any time.
2. Beta Status
StageDiver is currently provided as an open beta service.
This means:

the Service may contain bugs or errors
data or functionality may be modified or removed
You understand that the Service is provided for testing and feedback purposes and may not always perform as expected.
You use the Service at your own risk during the beta period.
3. Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account.
You agree to:

maintain the security of your login credentials

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
4. User Content

stage plots
technical riders
equipment lists
production notes
images or files
You retain ownership of your content.
By submitting content to StageDiver, you grant StageDiver a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, display, process, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights to upload and use any content you provide.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
upload unlawful, harmful, or misleading content
violate intellectual property rights
impersonate another person or organization
interfere with the operation or security of the Service
attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code
StageDiver reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts at its discretion, with or without notice, if these Terms are violated.
6. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal data.
StageDiver uses third-party services, including analytics tools such as PostHog, to understand how users interact with the platform and improve the Service.
7. Service Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that StageDiver will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.
The Service may rely on third-party providers and infrastructure. StageDiver is not responsible for outages, errors, or data loss caused by third-party services.
StageDiver does not guarantee that user content will be stored without loss or for any specific period of time. Users are responsible for maintaining their own backups of important data.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StageDiver disclaims all warranties, including:
fitness for a particular purpose
reliability or accuracy of information generated by the Service
uninterrupted or error-free operation
Users are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all stage plots, input lists, technical riders, and production data before using them in any real-world production or event.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StageDiver and its operators shall not be liable for:
indirect or consequential damages
loss of data
loss of profits
production or event disruptions
arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
In any case, StageDiver’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) to use the Service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if:
these Terms are violated
the Service is misused
required by law or security concerns
Users may stop using the Service at any time.
Upon termination, we may delete or retain your data as necessary to operate the Service, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes.
